Common questions

What happens after the free trial?

If you don't subscribe, access ends but your child's progress is saved. You can come back and subscribe anytime — nothing is lost.

Can I pause my subscription?

You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period. To resume later, just resubscribe — your child's progress will still be there.

Is daily use required?

No. SparkTrail works best with 3–4 sessions per week, about 10–15 minutes each. More isn't necessarily better — consistency matters more than frequency.

What if my child finishes all the activities?

Activities repeat with increasing difficulty as your child grows. A challenge that was hard at age 6 becomes a warm-up at age 8. We also add new activities regularly.
